(Just out of curiosity): Why no Phase/Stim pilots?
So far I think the only other thing is the position of the model. When comparing the position of the jumpkit between the male and female models, the jumpkit looks like it's positioned higher up on the male model than the female model. I do understand that there is a definite size difference, but that doesn't seem to account for the positional difference.

I checked in your config file, and while there is indeed an entry for the "male" Pulse Blade jumpkit, the eGender is listed as "female." I tried switching it to "male" and while the the entry was removed from the female screen and added to the male screen, the model was still missing. I know you most likely have other priorities, so I just wanted to bring this to your attention.
