Needs pac3 and SProps Workshop Edition and tf2 (installed and mounted) to work,also read carefully before using this.
Do these steps to wear it.
1) Change first owner name to self
2) Change second owner name to viewmodel
3) Change third owner name to self
4) Click wear to equip it properly
It should work fine.
It will change you into the twisted doctor
It also changes the crowbar into a sword with a hot coil around it
(the red light in the screenshot is not being emmited by the blade, the one the blade emits is shown in one of the provided screenshots)
also sometimes the groups will switch around on the dupe when its deployed so if the crowbar is still visible in first person, then switch the groups owner names around untill it works

backstory for the twisted doctor:

the twisted doctor was once a normal and regular person but when he turned 14 he started to experience small psychological issues such as hearing voices and mild hallucinations, but after a while his issues started to get slowly worse and when he was 15 he was depressed and even suicidal and after a failed suicide attempt, he suffered a bit of brain damage causing him to become mentally unstable and at the age of 19 he created a dark red plague doctors suit and a heated blade wrapped with a metal coil and he decided to give himself a purpose in life and that purpose was to "help" people
