Refine more things at once.

Allows you to craft bulk recipes of x10 for Boards, Rope, Etc.

Also adds:
[1] a refine option for x10 cobblestone, for regular DS and DSSW with magma turf.
[2] x10 cloth recipe.
[3] x3 Trawl Net recipe.
[4] Optional x5 Tooth Trap Recipe
- Let me know your ideas for more recipes.

Hail -> Ice is 4/1, could probably get a 24/10 recipe ala Grass/Rope

Coral -> Limestone is 3/1, could probably get a 24/10 recipe

Would also be great to have 10x crafting for Wooden Turf with no reduced cost (10/10 boards/turf) just to make Hurricane prep faster, but that's probably outside the scope of this mod.
