after testing. this is a compatability issue, it only happens when its spawned away from the player, not close up. check if the entity takes any damage or something

i hath returned with more information on the fridge, with the seagull and pigeon it turns into the nova prospect refrigerator model but damaged, the damaged model comes from another addon that replaces all half life 2 models with breakable and damaged variants. i will do more research without the damagable props addon disabled to pinpoint the issue.
