Hello, everyone!

WARNING! DOWNLOAD THE ASTW2 BASE MOD BEFORE DOWNLOADING THIS OTHERWISE IT WON'T WORK!

YET ANOTHER WARNING: THESE WEAPONS ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ANY OTHER LEFT 4 DEAD WEAPON MODS (Well, they are, but they replace some stuff that you might not like such as using low res textures to make file size smaller, or shotgun firing sounds with the pump in the same sound file). Also, make sure to visit Полковник. I used the models ported from L4D from him so make sure to check his profile for cool stuff!

very nice, Dopey. I don't think that you take request but......you can do the weapons from CSGO or COD ?

I tried adding a new weapon in by creating a new folder and shared.lua; it seems to be setup right but the gun appears inside the character's lower torso and it's sideways. My whole process for setting up the test gun I wanted to make was taking a weapon model from another addon which I wanted to use and replacing the original weapon's world model with it and then tweaking the settings to what I needed.

where would I get the orignal lua? also, how would I edit sounds?

You add a new folder in the lua/weapons folder called whatever you want your weapon to be called. For example: astw2_csgo_awp. And inside that folder you have a lua file with all the code you need. You can use the basic AWP lua from the original pack and modify it to your hearts need.
