On another note, I'm actually working on changing this into a decision based mod, so when it does eventually get updated, compatability should go up 100%.
I imagine it'll be some time before that happens though.
The creator already stated that "If you want to add things for personal use, go for it. I'm not too worried about folks uploading their own versions of this mod since this kind of mod is something along the 'dime a dozen' variety if you get what I mean."
So if you're this upset about an outdated releaseables mod conflicting with your mods, how about updating it yourself while making sure it is compatible with the mods you run, instead of fruitlessly complaining about it?

I might come back to this mod after Man the Guns is released, I'm pretty sure I'll have to since I'm sure PI will add more states to the map and will break the ones I have already.
