Tile Blocker Clearing Notifications

描述
Shows a notification when all tile blockers in a planet's queue have been cleared.

Localised only in English.

Compatible with Stellaris 2.1.1. Includes 2.0.5 version in steam mod package.

Whenever a Tile Blocker Cleared notification pop up on my screen, I also get a large "Error Error Error" message under a sliding icon holder at the top of my screen. The icon holder, unlike all others in the game, shows no icon at all. My guess is your script calls for an image that just isn't there, but what do I know?

Would you be willing to make one that adds notification to Pop Growth, Purge Complete, and one that notifies you when new leaders are available? :O
