I dont know why but for some reason i cannot see this sprite in game... i only see the normal one

yes this does work with repentance and i love the old design so much more than the new one

I was just wondering if it was updated or not when I originally commented, because seeing the previous comments talking about It Lives changing Mother made me think it was bugged x: But if it works, that's fantastic :>

uh this is buggy it changes mother (aka undead mom in repentance) to it lives pls fix it

IT would be nice if the boss portrait was also changed.

Any chance we can get the Delirium It Lives to have this pose too?
