I have made it more to my liking. Basically it's the same, but I've added room for 2 cargo stations, underground pedestrian paths to the train stations, redone the quays, changed main highway to 4-lane, the roads from the highway in to the roundabout are now 2-lane highways, the road along the quay, next to the terminals has been changed to 4-lane National Highway, there's a new bus-bridge between the terminals, and the road is one way in the same direction (nothing that isn't allowed across the bridge will enter). Might be some minor stuff that I don't remember.

You need some sort of anarchy to place the buildings, otherwise they will destroy vital parts! Some of the quays need replacing (nothing I can do anything about). Watch the video, it explains everything.

Remember, completely flat terrain!
