Shinobu Sensui (Yu Yu Hakusho) / 仙水忍 (幽☆遊☆白書)

Titular leader of the Sensui Seven, who still wants demons to take over the Earth with the aid of his demon boyfriend who kind of just hangs out in an alternate dimension all day.

Like Toguro, Sensui's moveset is taken from The Battle of Yu Yu Hakusho: ♥♥♥♥♥♥! Ankoku Bujustukai! 120%, which mostly amounted to a dizzying array of kick combos with the occasional arm drag and suplex.

His 4 outfits are:
- Default look (primary)
- Defensive armor (2P)
- Offensive armor (3P)
- Palette from Yu Yu Hakusho: Makyou Toitsusen (4P)

My backlog is building up more and more, so expect that to be cleared out around when I release the 'surprise' character for number 100.
