Game Start: An Arm and a Leg... Missing

Want a start with a bit more difficulty? How about starting with a couple of limbs gone? Not everything is bad, you still have some luck on your side.

This mods starts you as the leader of a trade caravan that has just been attacked. One of your pack beasts has returned, and carries some useful items to help you get a leg up. It's sitting within arm's reach.

I could go all day.

There is an issue where the character is facing backwards in the editor, I think that may be a result of missing limbs. Fortunately, you can spin the camera around, so it isn't so bad. Any ideas how to fix this?
