75% of the island is a well planned town build with lots of detail. It looks like a functional town. It looks like it could have an interesting backstory. Definately worth a look at.
The other 25% is barren rock.
With the exception of 2 hidden rooms. One looks like a terrain glitch and should be filled in, the other looks like it is part of the town's backstory, but the enterence was completely filled in by mistake (only accessable via island builder and not accessable in play mode)
and some of the terrain at the top of the hill looks like the flatten-terrain tool was used, resulting in some unrealistic looking overhangs in the islands shape.
But although perhaps you are also right.
