Secure Comms w/ Scramble Effect (Broken yet again, fixed version in description,)

2 SWEPs that allow players to communicate privately with eachother, and cause a scrambled noise (Starwars Deathtrooper sound effect) to play on the client in lieu of voice chat.

Players wielding the Receiver or Transceiver SWEP are able to type /uplink or /delink in chat while looking at a player, allowing them to share or remove their comms uplink with others.

Fixed so it works on servers using a custom chat such as nutscript or custom darkrp ones.




You will recieve no support if you only tell it doesn't work. I need errors, logs and if there are non atleast a description of what doesn't work!
