Adds the Pyu city-states under Sri Ksetra's King Duttabaung into the game as a playable civilisation.

Updated to fix some design and code issues in June 2025.

Leader Name: Duttabaung

UA: Earth Within, Sky Around
Defensive Buildings provide +2 Food and +2 Faith. Tourism Modifer from having a trade route with another civ increased by 10%.

UU: Ten Flower Craftsman (Great Artist)
Produces Great Crafts, which yield Faith and increase Gold for incoming International Trade Routes by +2. Each type of Craft provides a unique bonus to its city:
Pabe: +5% Land Unit Production
Pabu: +1 Gold from Forests
Pagyi: +1 Great Artist Point
Pahtein: +1 Culture from Gold and Gems
Paput: +2 Gold, +1 Faith from Ivory
Pantamawt: +1 Culture from Stone and Marble
Patawt: +1 Local Happiness
Patinn: +1 Culture from Iron and Copper
Payan: +1 Great Engineer Point
Payun: +1 Gold from Jungle

UB: Pahto (Shrine)
Provides 1 Defence for every 3 Faith produced by the City. Contains a Great Work of Art Slot and Artist Specialist slot.

Great mods. I was wondering if I could commission you to create me a mod for private use. pay and compensation will be provided. Mostly just new buildings.nothing too complicated.

And yeah it's quite a different spelling, but I Burmanised all the Pyu names from the Wikipedia versions (Hanlin vs. Halin) although Duttabaung might hate me for that.

Oh Thayae Khittaya is just Sri Ksetra in Burmese.
