Yes, unfortunately the way the avatar image function works is very bad, you can only run the function once, after doing so you cannot target that HUD item again, if you run the function constantly your FPS will slowly die until it hits about 5. I did have some help from a few different people who pretty much came to the same conclusion as me. look on the bright side, at least your screenshots now have a watermark lmao.

You will have a Utilities tab at the top right of the spawnmenu.

Use the utils tab at the top right, find eagHUD and set to Kmh
