Parking Lot 1x1 by rajwarrior

Why another parking lot with tons on the workshop?

1st: This is a building, not a park, so NO SEAGULLS

2nd: All my parking lots are in the roads menu under their own tab. No more searching through your Parks to find them.

3rd: The 1x's are designed to be placed between two roads in a modular fashion so you can build them as big as you want without having to download more and bigger lots.

@Aturchomicz Not everyone wants to run mods. It is not a park asset, either. An key difference from the majority of other parking lots. Not sure what you mean by pavement is "not perfect" but it is done as best as the game will allow for a 1x1 tile.

Theres a no seagulls mod and the concrete isnt perfect
