Please use page up/page down buttons to lower so water is just below floor..
Has solar on roof, mostly concrete, generator, fuel, core, and solar capacitor are underneath.

Random notes: To take a look spawn it in creative and ` (console) GM [Enter] ... (god mode). one ventilator inside. Airtight building but can be entered if not player or wrong faction (to make lockable, replace two flat blocks under shutter doors with solid cubes. Intended to appear something like a boat slip/garage and it reminds me of a "pumphouse" -- i use it to place water generators under cover but faction can access even if base is set to private. ;)
