描述
This mod doubles (almost) all of the positives/negatives related to supplies, providing a more dyamic system that will result in army supplies having a bigger impact on the campaign map.

Testing this, I realize that this mod makes Sudreyar and the Welsh factions unplayable. It is caused by this entry in effectbundlestoeffectsjunc:
