4th of 5 buildings that will be created for DAQ Office Complex.
Oldest of whole DAQ Offices complex. Themed to be kind of forgoten, and useless. Most likely rented to other companies for office and comercial space.

My plan is to make:
* 1 skyscraper (~200m)
* 2 mid buildings (~50m) (this one is 49m)
* 1 low building (~20/30m)
* 1 mid building with courtyard inside

Model: 5382 tris
Texture: 1024 x 1024
LOD: 42 tris
LOD texture: 256 x 256

I tried to make this building more detailed (im still learing) - it has way more detail, including almost unnoticeable dust on glass, grafitti and banner reflecting a bit of light, normal map and i guess better over all quality of textures.

I forgot! If billboards are missing, tell me about it, because maybe its just one of the mods removing it, and i will fix it ASAP.

Love this building, so generic, so ugly. Although as someone who loves generic buildings like this to combine into larger complexes, the billboards and mural on the side wall make that harder. I'd love a "clean" version with plain blank walls.

Matthias is right, there's no reason for this block of concrete should have 1k texture. 512^2 would be enough and 256^2 for LOD.

I made it so big so it stays sharp. Game tends to compress textures, and doing so leaving most of the detail behind. Using bigger textures for UVs kind of breaks compressing and we get nice crisp building. I can lower resolution and upload it into other file if you want.
