James Storm

"The Tennessee Cowboy" James Storm is well known for his time working for TNA/Impact, where he is a former TNA World Heavyweight Champion.

Storm spent a few years on the independent curcuit before signing on with TNA in 2002. Storm began tagging with Chris Harris as America's Most Wanted, and the team would go on to wih 6 NWA World Tag Team Championships.

AMW broke up in 2006, and after a few years as a singles competitor, Storm began teaming with Robert (Bobby) Roode as Beer Money, Inc. The new team would bring Storm 5 TNA World Tag Team titles.

When Storm earned a TNA World Heavyweight Title shot in 2011, he won the title that his partner Roode had just recently failed to win at Bound for Glory. Roode took on Storm for the title 8 days later and broke a beer bottle over Storm's head to take the title and turn heel. Storm would feud with Roode, but did not recapture the title.

Storm has been part of several other teams and stables in TNA/Impact, including The Revolution and the Death Crew Council. He left Impact in 2017.

Storm made one appearance for NXT in 2015, but did not sign a contract.
