Just colors and textures

did you set weather/disasters or just colors/textures?

@tech : i found some pics of these kioks in Athens. Why not ! ;-)
I understand what you mean by prop wich kind of "addons" to my existing house assets. Good idea too.

@Endocycle oh you bet i wanna know how. If i had a request it would be something like a kiosk...these small kiosks we have in greece that sell chigaretes newspapers magazines and stuff that are usually on street corners. Or any other type of commercial stuff...i think a good idea is to make a really silly mesh that is supposed to fit the first floor of any of your residencial asset but its texture and faction will be commercial or just a prop to add more variety when you're zoomed in. Just an idea. Anyway when i have some time i'll send a message and ask for some tips on how i could start making a simple asset like a house.

@Tech : thank you ! I will work on it. I have a version with cycladic tile floor as pavement texture, but this is "too much". I know that rocks are only correct from medium/far distance. Difficult to adjust, I'm not a pro ;-)
I can show you how to do, or feel free to send me some greek style asset request.

i like it and it looks really good on the mykonos map. Yes the rock texture is not the best when zoomed in right on top of it but from a distance it looks just right! What im saying is that my eyes are telling me this is ok, this is familiar and ive been to mykonos a billion times. For me what you are doing with these greek themed assets is a pure gem! This theme is a rough diamond for me. If you plan to work on it more and if you have the time, i inform you that i will drop my other cities and play with this probably for as long as i play this game cause playing on a rural greek map is what i really want. It just looks like home, even here in Athens when i look at the mountains and hills surrounding athens this is the landscape i see...well with a few desaturated bushes pines and olive trees, but you got the right "feel" for this.
