Since my other Silent Hill sound mod reached over 800 subscribers i decided to make another one! But this time... The Radio of Silent Hill is now replacing the smokers tongue drag music!

how did you do this? because when i added my own custom sound file for Smoker's Drag music, it was really high pitched and fast. I dont know what to do.
