Chad mod

Hello, this is my first mod. I don't expect this to get a lot of attention because of how simple it is, but if anyone wants to give it a try, go for it. I will add more content to it later.
Basically, it tells an alternative history, centered around the african country, Chad( or Tchad), which is now a playable country in the game.
