• If a tear kills an enemy, the tear travels on with leftover damage.

I'm thinking of tweaking the sprite to be thinner to better match the name and piercing-ish effect, and also possibly make it so Isaac's tears also become a little narrower.

okay, thought about it because of the "Schwing!", because they are described as making a similar sound when they move, and yeah it's a great series if oyu like puns :D

pretty good, but beware of some synergies, like ipecac
