I really like the fact that Quinn speaks upon Sam dying, but I'm not a fan of the out-of-place music.
I get it's a parody but now you made me wish for a mod with just Quinn talking xD

I don't know if you really want to work on the death echo but serious sam 2 has some usable death screams

That would sound a bit weird in my opinion. I mean, sam doesn't really scream when he dies, but rather kinda moans :)
