Seems to be a bug with it, it is trying to store 500 food rations which causes issues with more domes.

Yep replace the normal one but maybe not > Add it into another menu because Deluxe Diner is nice too to allow more people, BUT again people don"t look something it's "Resting" (détente in French). The normal Bar & parks make this, none of the new building made do that XD It's the most important in fact.

So this mod can be used with existing diners. Its not a new diner with drinking added.
