Trotsky Leads Mexico

This is a 'memey' mod that I made and actually put a lot of effort into. It's largely based on the WTT easter egg with Señor Hilter leading fascist Argentina, but I greatly expanded on the 'Trotsky in Mexico' idea.

I've made a decent-sized and, let's say, fairly balanced Focus Tree for Mexico, as well as buffed it a bit and added a new flag. There's a few events and a decent number of decisions too.


It should be compatible with most mods, except the ones that add a focus tree for Mexico, so no R56 as far as I know. As always, take this for granted, as mods are a buggy concept and using more of them at the same time could very often unexpectedly conflict.
