G.E.C.K. - OWB Submod

Just a quick mod I whipped up for fun to learn about decisions. You send a search party out to look for a G.E.C.K. after hearing some rumors. Multiple possible outcomes, I'm hoping to add more as I learn more complex modding techniques.

Any suggestions are welcome!

Notes:

- The first event should fire about 6-10 months from the start
- Declining to search will turn the mod off
- Four current possible outcomes, soon to be refined and expanded
- AI will search for, and use the GECK, if they decide to
- You have three opportunities to turn the mod off: The first event, after finding your first G.E.C.K., and when a search fails
- Bribery System: bribe the factions to join them. Hoping to expand this to bribing them to join your wars if you are independent(AI will never use this option and will only join factions normally. This way it should not conflict with the no faction joining mod.)

- bugs should be fixed and events are firing correctly


Update: 05/02/2018:
- changed rewards, as vertibirds weren't working
- reduced time to get events
- buffed infrastructure gain slightly
- Arroyo now starts with a G.E.C.K. to reflect the ending of Fallout 2


Update 2: 05/02/2018:
- Added simple bribe system
- Added manpower modifier while owning G.E.C.K. to reflect the knowledge it contains, you can keep it for the pop bonus, or you can use it, or use it to join a faction
- Fixed second and on searches timeframe 250 > 180 to match the normal search party
- Fixed Ambush event choices
- Fixed Pre-Reqs to send out search party, can no longer send out party with <500 manpower available

Update: 05/03/2018:
- Added NB bribe
- Turned off AI requirement for bribe so multiplayer could be tested
