I havent messed with this game since Distant Star's announcement... I'll try to get an update out soon!
Do you know if it is possible to animate them so that they move?
I thought about this, but decided to not add them because it would be strange to have flying vehicles with no momentum or velocity...
I do wish the Citadel was in-game, but I do not know how to any of the modeling...
I figured that these Rings are the best we have for now.

All of those buildings are actually part of the same structure. Notice how they all have the same style?
This city-set is also intended specifically for the Artificial RingWorld environment image. It is best used alongside a mod that allows colonization of them at the start of the game.
As for different cities...
I do plan to make many more cities, of many different styles. I plan to make some with different architecture, as well as several versions of each of them with different colors.
Feel free to make any suggestions.
Thank you for the feedback!
If so, I am not sure how to do so and still make it look right. I plan to make multiple citysets with different styles, and I would have to create an entirely new environment for each one...
What do you mean by "without forcing all other planets to look like they were designed to be rings"?
