描述
Adds the Experimental turtle to the experimental factory. It is a heavily armed and armored, slow, anti ground unit. It can enter shell mode to get a shield and repair itself. I have designed it so it fits seamlessly in the game.

Hello sir! This thing is awesome!!!! and it's actually kind of cute too. Would it be possible to add anti-air and anti-sub weapons to it as well so that it's an all around offensive/defensive weapon?
