Please leave a vote if you like my assets, it helps a lot :)

-custombuilding
-Triangles: 229 tris/tile Main, ~10 tris/tile LOD
-Textures: 1024x1024, 256x256 LOD texture
-RICO: Ore extractor, 100 Jobs
-Find it: Search for "Zeche"

Both, the elevator shaft and the brick building will be released individually at some point.

Dont worry to much about high tris counts for big detailed buildings. Its LOD count that matters the most

+1 for Industries DLC version! would be great seeing it produce ore instead of generic goods :)
