Information on the building:

This is a renaissance building whose style is commonly found throughout Florence, Italy. It does have a normal ammount of ornamentation for Florence and its style could easily pass for any building found in most Italian cities. The real building is located in Piazza Santa Maria Novella near the railway station in Florence and it is a corner building. Some liberties have been taken however and it is a standard 2x2 wall-to-wall growable residential.

Thanks to Armesto and Feinbild for the roof tiles texture and to Geze and the C:S Creators discord for help.
Some pictures are from Neitan's Florentine inspired city.

I think @crisgames italian buildings also is essential when building an italian city and are thankful for all you asset creators fantastic work!

@frapigecko I suppose he was talking about my italian landmarks, not growables. This building will fit pretty well my pack of Florence buildings I already started, we're lucky more people is helping with quality work to finally have a proper italian city.

Armesto‘s buildings are very very nice and i love his assets. But they are spanish, not italian. This asset by fillipo is one of the first italian growables with high quality .

Thessaloniki has some very interesting buildings so yes.

People are free to chose which Italian assets they rather, I don't see this as a "competition" or whatever, everyone makes different buildings in a different way.

@CRISGAMES There are some people that don't like the Italian stuff on the workshop, Armesto has some good stuff but not a lot. this building is better quality than the others, that's why he said it in the first place

@CRISGAMES I did and so did many other creators which is on what I based my opinion. I also don't understand your approach. You're saying that you don't care that this is an Italian asset that looks better than already available ones, but then you say ... what exactly? That Filippe shouldn't make more because there are already Italian assets on the workshop? I don't think I get your reasoning...
