The title explains itself, its basically an entity/swep (in Half-Life 2 category) that when yu spawn and use it, you will get 2147483647 HP.
Things that still can kill you: Poison Headcrab, dissolvers and possibly more

btw there was a new npc/enemy in gmod so add antlion guard i know it sounds like the normal one but if you go to npcs, zombies and then check out antlion guard, theres a second one, the glowing one kills you even when you have 2b hp
