TUC Carthage

The Carthage is an artillery cruiser that is brand new to our fleets. It is also one of the first of new line of ships in regards to the Threat Excengency Intiative program. The TEI essentially mandates a call for a new series of sleek warships with minimalized radar signatures due to hull design and engine placement. It also calls for a relatively inexpensive solution to the needs of the navy: A stealthier ship that costs less to build, but still puts out the same firepower, if not more than sister ships of the same class.

The Carthage fills the order for TEI admirably. It's sleek with a reduced engine signature by 76%, making it difficult to detect at range. It also has an impressive array of artillery with auto cannons firing depleted sabots, a main cannon with the same type of round, but much larger, and 4 missile batteries.
