Improved Skill Point Progression (1.10.0 update)

I created this Mod because there has been no Skillpoints (SP) mod that has had a serious progression system, as most either simply multiple the number of SP provided when leveling up or has an arbitrary linear system.

Therefore, the goal behind this Mod is to provide:

1st. A logical progression for a character’s experience gain.
2nd. Provide enough SP for characters without having them fill every skill slot, making point allocation relevant
3rd. Make opposing AI Lords/Heroes more challenging

The reasoning behind this leveling system is simple. From a gameplay perspective starting out all Lords and Agents lack all basic skills. By level 5 they’ve only been able to spend 4 SP, which is especially hampering for Casters. By front loading their skill points both the player and more importantly the AI now have armies and agents that can be much more formidable early on. That way even late game when the AI only has lower level characters they can still be kitted out sufficiently. Also, this forces the player to have to choose their skill wisely as they can’t fill up their characters.
