ULX Command Panel

About:
Just another simple addon that makes your life easier. All you have to do in this simple addon is that you'll press the button and it will do the current command instead of typing it. To show this panel, you will have to hold C - it will show a few icons and click on one that is named 'Command Panel'. These commands will work only with ULX Custom ULX Commands.
To click these buttons, just read the tutorial at start.
