Skull Mask for the Security's No Armor and Light Armor character.
Should work with custom skins, but subscribe to this SECONDLY, as the custom skin might have a custom face as well. If it's still not working, re-sub.

Hi, it was a lot of time ago since I made something so I'm not a reliable source, but I used this tutorial:

I know it's for weapons, but the only difference are the file names really.
Also, it's not really a "mask", it's a retexture of the face, if that helps.
You are going to need some type of photoshop (Gimp2 was my choice), GCFScape and VTFEdit.

And yes, feel free to use/edit mine.
