Also, I went ahead and analyzed your addon for issues! Basically, the player model list is trying to load the wrong model and the textures are missing because they are trying to load from the wrong folder name.
Just change ( in the lua ): "models/kryptonite/vanilla/vanilla_2.mdl" -- to -- "models/kryptonite/vanilla/vanilla.mdl"
...and then rename the material folder kryptonite to krypto, like so: "materials/models/kryptonite/vanilla" to "materials/models/krypto/vanilla"
That's all I had to do to get it to work on my end. Decent port, woulda loved animated eyes but it works nonetheless!
I like this add-on though! :P
