The idea was that the Resistance in City 17 referred to this specific hideout as Outpost 2, kinda like they call outposts in the canals Station 8 or Station 12 and so on.

it says no requirements.. Maybe its a weird reflection glitch that source sometimes does?(textureless reflection) if that happened, try typing mat_specular 0 into the console
