描述

Drops four pickups, selected from one of the following categories:

*Cards/runes
*Hearts/bombs/keys/coins/batteries
*Pills
*Trinkets

If each of the four pickups are from the same category (e.g. four pills), a lucky penny is dropped.

Chance of getting four of the same category is affected by luck.

I mean, considering there's a vanilla rune that doubles all pickups in the room, this doesn't really feel unbalanced. In the same way there's a World card and a buffed Sun card, this is kinda like a buffed Justice.

That's a cool idea but a little bit unbalanced.

I'd go for four cards, two classics, one "red" and the troll one, the rule card. Would keep the spirit and nerf it.
