I love the rooftop restaurants in the game, but it always bugged me that there's really only one to choose from. Maybe I don't want a beer garden, maybe I want a trendy gastropub instead! So I made a trendy gastropub. This is more or less cloned from the Rooftop Beer Garden, so it has similar requirements and behaves in more or less the exact same way.

LAS VEGAS DLC IS REQUIRED since this is based off the Rooftop Beer Garden and that came with the Las Vegas DLC pack.

The cost of food and beer is slightly higher, because what hipster gastropub is complete without ridiculous prices? It's $9 for a beer and $16 for food. There are left and right balcony versions so you can build them on both sides of the tower. If you don't see the side you want, advertise for a new tenant again. Update 04/26/18: Currently only the left balcony works. The right balcony references the left, but the game cannot find it. Working on fixing this.

Requires water, electricity and gas (duh, cuz it's a gastropub), but also requires water and janitor service because hipsters want bottled water and a clean establishment.
