I have no idea why everyone complains about the fps loss, never happens to me. Not in 2018, 2019, or 2023.

Haven't had a chance to check yet but that could be the case.

@Trance I figured that was the case, all of it seems to be linked to the engine though - it'll get to 400 km/h pretty quick with vulnerability turned off so the tires don't blow, could it be a power/torque issue?

I'll look at these issues, as the game changes creations stop working properly.
