Good day everyone. Seems like OWB developers are going to add their own portraits in next update. So this mod work progress is over now. Thanks.

Glad i found this mod, but would aslo like to ask if you ever plan to do one for the NCR? or know of a mod that already does this? its kinda frustrating playing as the NCR and trying to have a professional army but your men are being led by people who look like raiders or a farmer from the mojave
