This is a list of mods for when the Tretki server gets bored of vanilla Starbound.

In addition to this collection, you must check "Allow assets mismatch" in Starbound settings:

This collection will make it so that old characters will not work at all, and is irreversible unless you wipe all saves. Do not click "Subscribe" until we're all ready. And back up your saves before you do.

All you really need to do is copy the "player" folder to a different directory. If you were playing on single-player, you might want to back up the "universe" folder as well.

Now, there is a way to play with your old character if you want, but we're all starting from scratch in Frackin' Universe anyway. If you really want to keep your old character though, just talk to me on reddit and I'll walk you through it.

Finally, since the vanilla server is staying online, I recommend dropping all your important stuff at Novabase on the vanilla server before modding. That way you won't lose it.


Frackin Universe: The meat of this collection. Adds a metric buttload of new content, and completely re-writes the progression of the game.

Frackin Music: Songs and atmospheric tracks to go with the many, many, many new biomes, planets, and dungeons of FU.

Enhanced Storage: Chests have more space, can be named, can be broken without dropping contents, and more. Necessary with all the items FU adds.

b3k3's Inventory: Increases the number of inventory slots you have, and gives you more tabs to divide your stuff. Necessary for the same reasons as Enhanced Storage.

Food Stack: Food can now be stacked. Necessary because FU adds a lot of new food.

More Planet Info: Navigation system displays more helpful information about a planet. FU adds a lot of planet types.

Disabled drop for Survival Mode: You won't drop your stuff when you die in survival mode. Otherwise, dying near a friend could cause them to accidentally pick up your stuff. Now we can play survival mode without any unnecessary agony.

The rest are dependencies.

I recommend playing in survival for FU because it makes the game much more interesting, but ultimately it's your choice. If you hate hunger mechanics, then stick to casual. If you want to go AFK in Survival mode, just plonk down a sleeping bag; hunger doesn't drain when you're asleep.
