This mod adds the adorable Poppi as an animal you can find and recruit to be the lovable colony mascot!

Not only do they warm your heart, Poppi fur is an excellent insulator and makes a soft, golden material that offers the height of fashion and comfort for any apparel.

Their oil can also be collected and used to create small amounts of chemfuel.

Poppi are very friendly and raising a poppi farm is easy because they reproduce quickly and are easy to train.

They are cousins to the boomalope and boomrat so they do explode. However, they've adapted and their oil doesn't start fires. They will not explode if they are under the effects of anesthetics.

They prefer love to war but if they do have to fight they are ferocious little devils with powerful legs that allow them to leap short distances.

Poppi can be found it most biomes due to their insulating fur, but are more likely to be found in warm climates.

This mod requires Jecstools to be loaded before it in the load order.

I really love those thing in ARoM and would love to have them as normal pets too. Does this still work for 1.2 and can you use it mid game?

Their stomach is too small, so they always went into malnutrition while they sleep, lmao.

They have a very small stomach, thus they are eat 5 kibbles every 20 seconds. It's a bit weird and hilarious at the same time.

My guess is maybe it tried to use the summoned version from ARoM instead of the normal behavior one from this mod? Honestly, no idea... I know I've had them spawn as pets just fine with random pet assignments.

OK. Do you know why it broke Prep. C? I know they can appear on the map like normal animals, as I've tamed them before, and my last test run gave me one of them randomly as a pet, bonded and everything! :)

Poppi mod doesn't have to be used with ARoM. The creatures are essentially the same, with different AI/behavior.

Also, I tried to add a poppi as a pet and it broke Prepare Carefully :O
