Higher level caps - More levels (level 20) - 2x skill points version

Increases the number of character and army levels in all campaigns to 20 and doubles the number of skill points per level for generals and armies. Works with the latest patch.

Alternative version of my Higher Level Caps mod. The only difference to the original mod: Generals and armies get double the amount of skill points per level.

The extra levels are especially useful for 4TPY (four turns per year) or 12TPY mods. Create the legendary army or powerful character your empire deserves.

I have added 10 new levels for all types of characters and armies. All of them use vanilla progression speed and give you 1 skill point/army tradition, except for generals and armies, which get double the amount of skill points.

This mod affects armies and navies (traditions) as well as generals, admirals and champions/spies/dignitaries.

The mod is savegame compatible and works with all DLC expansion packs.
