Runway Guard Light Animated

Airport Runway Guard Light to be placed next to hold line. Fitted with blinking animation using the anim UVs shader.

The model is 188 Tris with a 56 Tri LOD. It uses a 256x256 diffuse, specular, illumination texture, with a 64x64 LOD version.

These should be synchronized like in the attached video. To do so, pause the game and then place them with the game still paused. Additionally, upon loading, the game should synchronize any already placed assets.
