Sombra "Talon" comes from "Overwatch archives" 2018.

Face Flex (HWM)

Style similar to models with tf2 ( most useful )

Includes additional slides for left and right side flex

- Flex + Bones Face = Full Control

Hello!

I spend some time to ports this models If you use the model on a poster / animation. You do not have to, but it will be nice if you write, which model you used. I hope that it will be useful !

Do not forget to evaluate my work ;)
- Skin [Texture _v3 ]

  How to connect
  1. Lock model Skirt to Sombra.
  2. Select Locked bones
  3. Animation Set Editor -> Procedural -> Zero.
  4. Done
- Valve Bone Name
  Tested:

  - Rig_overwatch.py from " Speed's Overwatch IK Rig "
- Height ~ Overwatch Sombra

  What does mean Model _v3 , _v2 or _v1 ?
- _v1 (Base) - Model with texture without any modification
- _v1 - A model using improved textures (Special textur for phong and simple color enhancement, etc.)
- _v2 - This is a simplified version of _v3 without 3 masks (therefore they do not need more than 2-3 switches), but they do not look as good as _v3 with the correct lighting.
  (_v2 It's good for Animators and Lazy People :))
- _v3 - Model with textur modified by BlueFlytrap's (Fake PBR) method with me final amendments on the model
  
  Black textures on _v3 ?
  
  It happens if you do not prepare good lighting for a model with such textures. I recommend 7 lights directed at the model, but spaced in different places , distances and intensity . (Map: Stage_Big.bps)

Let's start by saying i'm a total noob with SFM, I started using it like Yesterday. Really like your models, downloaded a bunch of them but I do have a problem with this one. When i load the model the colors are "Toned down". For example, all the parts in black are instead greyish. I don't know if i explained my problem correctly. Really hope someone can help me sort this out.

hey sorry but i have beef with this model mainly the skirt.
Why the hell does it have so many bones i have to lock to the model?
its crazy i would have to take hours to put them in the right places why not just have the skirt be part of the main model? its really bothering me. not sure you made it that way because you found it time consuming or you wanted to troll the SFM community. its a great model but too much to do to make something work.
