Soviet Union Pack

Stalinkas:
A collection of Stalinkas that will naturally spawn, and those you can place by hand to make your own unique apartment shapes!
Like a Stalinka (and later the Khrushchevka), each is 5 floors tall.

Khrushchevkas:
A collection of Khrushchevkas that will naturally spawn, and those you can place by hand to make your own unique apartment shapes!
Like a Khrushchevka, each is 5 floors tall.

Brezhnevkas:
A collection of Brezhnevkas that will naturally spawn, and those you can place by hand to make your own unique apartment shapes!
Like a Brezhnevka, each is 8 floors tall.Kremlin Walls:

Kremlin Walls:
Essentially the same as the vanilla Wall Fortifications, but now Kremlinified!
They are individual lots, (1x1) that can be combined however you wish to make fortifications!

Soviet Commerce lots:
I took a few of the main default lots and I gave them a Soviet/Moscowesque theme! They are designed so that if a mission spawns in one of the commerce lots, you will not need to search the upper floors. The upper floors are "dummy" floors with no interior.
Added a Pool reminiscent of the Pool in Pripyat' or Chernobyl. The inside is sort of my own spin minus the famous swimming area which is semi-scaled down.

Soviet Offices:
Currently has three offices. The first Office is based off a stereotypical Soviet Building. Staircases are on the pieces. There are also several blocks, that are in themselves placeable. The second Office is based off of the Lubyanka building in Moscow. The third set consists of buildings based upon the Dom Soyuzov in Moscow. The idea for these is imagine a renovated Russian palace. Each Office contains multiple variants.

Soviet Parks:
I added a "We Are Building Communism Park" The idea was to have it used as the edge of the commercial district above. You can have it as its own independent lot, but it looks really good against a flat building, or back to back with itself.
I added a Grand Park. This thing is Massive. It's a 10x15 lot size, and so can be used in a variety of ways. It is crazy expensive to build, but is great if you want a Gorky Park sort of feel. Spend time strolling the gardens, you'll find quite a bit. I'm on the fence about making it a unique lot, but since it does not produce income, I am restraining for now.
I added redesigned strip parks that are more "Communist Themed" - this means they have a walking path, and a guard rail. They are supposed to resemble areas inside of Soviet Microdistricts.

Soviet Roads:
So, this is sort of cheating... But I created a "Sidewalk" Plaza and a "Bitumen" Plaza. They function as roads, and pretty much serve as a buffer zone, or as room to just create massive plazas. Since they are "Roads" you can build adjacent to them!
Added Soviet Footpaths - think of creating a park, but you aren't sure how. These will allowyou to create footpaths that can either go in front of buildings, or even behind them. Let your creativity roam. Includes Junction pieces!
