[DarkRP] Thief-Swep

This is the new Thief-Swep which can steal money and guns from other players.

Attention:
This Swep is made for the gamemode "DarkRP" multiplayer.

There are two control keys: mouse1 and mouse2
Use mouse1 to steel some money from your victim and mouse2 to steel a weapon.

You can configure a bunch of options from the Swep which are lined up below this line:

-Which language the addon should use
-The cooldown between the thefts
-How long a theft takes
-How far your victim can stay away from you
-Amount of money you can steel
-Enable/Disable the stealing sound
-If you have to the keep pressing the button
-The possiblity to steal a gun successfuly, and set the percent.
-Which jobs/ranks can´t be robbed
-Which guns you are allowed to steal
-Which server groups should be able to set an protected area
